Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen may force a move out of his Italian Serie A side Napoli.
Following Kylian Mbappé’s exit on a free transfer, Paris Saint-Germain have made strengthening their forward line a priority.
Napoli’s Victor Osimhen emerged as a standout target at the start of the summer, however, wanting to put trust in Gonçalo Ramos and Randal Kolo Muani, both of whom arrived for big money last summer, the trail ran cold.
Whilst other targets have been considered, L’Équipe reported earlier this week that PSG had decided to reignite their interest in Napoli’s Osimhen.
The Nigerian striker is keen to leave the former Serie A champions this summer and amid Les Parisiens’ renewed interest, he is set to go to extreme measures in order to force his exit, according to a report from L’Équipe.
Osimhen may not report for training in order to force Napoli into a sale. What effect that will have remains to be seen, however, it is thought that PSG are still unwilling to pay the Nigerian’s €130m release clause.
