Portuguese coach, Jose Peseiro has finally confirmed the offer of the Federation of Algeria Football.
Peseiro’s contract with Nigeria’s Super Eagles ended after the completion of the 34th edition of the African Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast.
His performance with the Nigerian side attracted a lot of suitors to him and top of the offer is Algeria who has relieved its coach Djamel Belmadi of his position.
While speaking to the El Hayat TV channel, Peseiro said he had received the offer but his agent would take care of the situation.
“I received a lot of offers after the African Cup final.
I received an offer from the FAF but I will first rest and my agent will take care of it,” he said.
Algeria FA offered Peseiro $90,000 a month as against Nigeria’s $50,000.
