After putting up an incredible performance for Atalanta, Gian Piero Gasperini has urged Nigeria’s Super Eagles winger Ademola Lookman to work more for the team.
Atalanta defeated AC Milan 3-2 on Saturday evening and it was the Nigerian International who netted a brace in the game.
The Italian manager hailed Lookman for his amazing display and implored him to do more for the team.
“He never did anything, then! Lookman cannot play every game like Saturday night, or he’d be amazing, but he is doing very well this season. He has some dips and troughs, but that is normal.
“What he must learn from this group is to share the same spirit, and determination and realise when it’s not your day, then you have to work for the team”, he said.
