According to the update coming from Naples the home of the Italian champions Napoli, another problem is gradually brewing up between Nigeria’s Super Eagles forward Victor Osimhen and the club President Aurelio De Laurentiis.
The reports suggest that the comment made by ADL on Thursday concerning the contract situation of the Nigerian international seems to be responsible for the latest disagreement.
Osimhen and his agent Roberto Calenda felt betrayed by the comments from the football supremo, though the latest decision of the striker is yet to be determined.
Major European clubs especially the English Premier League side Chelsea are waiting in the wings to pounce on the situation to cart away the striker in the winter transfer window.
Osimhen is presently out injured and will not be available to play for the club in the next month, a situation that did not go down well with the club president.
