Following his distinctive performance in the concluded season, South Africa’s Premier League side Chippa United is eager to keep Nigeria forward Etiosa Ighodaro.
Ighodaro returned to his parent club Mamelodi Sundown at the end of the season and a host of South African clubs has shown interest in his services.
The lanky forward made headlines last season as he emerged second-top scorer in the league with 11 goals from 27 matches.
SuperSports United is believed to be in front for his services but Chippa United has also opened a discussion with Sundown to retain the player.
