Nigeria’s Super Eagles forward Kelechi Iheanacho is set to return to the Premier League as Crystal Palace has joined the race to sign him.
The 26-year-old Nigerian attacker who has 12 months remaining on his contract suffered relegation with Leicester City last season.
And he has made a significant impact for the Foxes this season but is among the players that are likely to leave before the end of the transfer window.
According to the update from Selhurst Park the home of Crystal Palace, the club has made significant progress in securing his services before the end of the transfer window.
Since joining Leicester City, Iheanacho has scored 42 goals in 196 appearances for the club.
