After spending barely six months in the English Premier League, Nigeria’s Super Eagles forward, Paul Onuachu is set to be on the move again.
Onuachu left the Belgium Jupiler league side Genk during the 2023 winter transfer window for Premier League club Southampton but the move became futile with the club relegated to the championship.
German Bundesliga side VFB Stuttgart has shown interest in having a lanky Nigeria forward in their ranks ahead of the 2023/2024 league season.
Stuttgart finished in the 16th position in the just-concluded season and has to rely on playoffs to regain its elite status.
The club believe the acquisition of Onuachu will help fortify the team attack going into the new season.
