Newly acquired Nigeria and KRC Genk forward Tolulope Arokodare has admitted that it will be difficult to fill the shoe of the departed Paul Onuachu.

Arokodare was signed by the Belgian Jupiler Pro League leader Genk on Transfer Deadline Day for departed Super Eagles striker Onuachu who joined the English Premier League side Southampton on the same day.

Visiliga attacker joined the Limburgers from the French Ligue one club Amiens SC where he was on loan.

He was excited about the move to the Belgian club but also admitted the good impact of Onuachu in the club.

” I am very happy to be in Genk. At this point in my career, I can’t imagine a better club. Together with the team, I hope to continue the good results of the first half of the season and win trophies.

Paul leaves big shoes to fill. But I am determined to give 100% for this great club”, he told the club media.

Arokodare scored 8 goals in 23 appearances for Amiens in the first round of the season.
