U17 AFCON: South Africa Announces Final List For Golden Eaglets, Others

Just as reported last week, the head coach of the South African U17 team Duncan Crowie has announced his final 21-man team for the CAF U17 African Cup of Nations.

The Amajimbos under Crowie resumed a closed camping exercise last week ahead of the biennial tournament.

Three oversea-based players were named in the team from the initial eight foreign based players who were in the preliminary squad.

The three selected overseas-based players are players Kyle Jansen from Atlanta United [USA], Waylon Renecke of Norwich City [England], and Vitesse’s Michael Dokumnu [Holland].

Amajimbos are in Group B alongside Nigeria, Morocco and Zambia.
