Spanish La Liga side Valencia CF is gearing up to spend €20 million on Super Eagles striker, Umar Sadiq and another signing in the upcoming summer transfer window, focusing on two key objectives: retaining the Nigerian and Enzo Barrenechea, sourced on Fichajes.

The club is keen to satisfy head coach Carlos Corberán, who has emphasized the importance of keeping both players to ensure the project continues to develop positively.

Sadiq, a striker currently owned by Real Sociedad, has impressed the manager with his ability to outmanoeuvre centre-backs, exploit spaces, and maintain a consistent presence in the penalty area.

The Nigerian player, who joined Valencia on loan in January, has a purchase option set at €10 million.

Although this amount is significant for the club’s finances, the coaching staff views it as a necessary investment.
