Barely 5 months to the start of the 2024 Women’s African Cup of Nations, the Zambia Football Federation has swung into action by announcing a new foreign coach for Copper Queens.
Copper Queens alongside Nigeria’s Super Falcons are among the qualified countries who will fight for honours in Morocco.
The Football Federation on Sunday announced Nora Hauptle as the new Zambia Women’s National Team coach.
Hauptle has been named as the Copper Queens coach on a 3-year contract.
Meanwhile, the Nigeria Football Federation is still searching for a permanent coach for Falcons after the departure of Randy Waldrum while Justin Madugu is working on an interim basis
