Ahead of the 2023 West African Trophy Tour the Rwandan cricket team is expected to arrive in Nigeria on Tuesday morning.
Despite the competition being a West African tournament, the Central African country was handed a special invitation to take part.
They departed the Kigali International Airport in the early hours of Tuesday on their way to Nigeria.
Rwanda is one of the African countries that have a strong team when it comes to cricket on the continent.
Sierra Leone and Ghana are the two other countries that will follow Rwanda to Nigeria for the competition slated to start on Wednesday 4th of October, 2023.
