The Sudanese transitional government has sent a high level delegation to the city of EL-Genina the capital of west Darfur so as to curb the ongoing fighting
between the Arabs and Masalit tribes.
The profile delegation is headed by the minister of interior, Ezza Aldin Elsheikh..
However, on Tuesday the Sudanese council of ministers held an emergency meeting chaired by prime minister Dr. Abdallah Hamdouk to discuss insecurity and tribal violence in the city of EL-Genina.
According to the latest statistics released by West Darfur doctors committee, that 50 people
have been killed and 134 wounded since tribal violence erupted between the Masalit and Arabs tribes on Sunday
