Thursday and Friday see moderately hot, humid weather across Egypt

Meteorologists anticipate moderately hot and humid weather on Thursday and Friday during the daytime on Cairo, with moderate weather on the northern coasts, hot weather on South Sinai and north of Upper Egypt, and very hot weather on south of Upper Egypt.

Winds will be northwestern and active on South Sinai, disturbing maritime navigation in the Gulf of Suez.

Thursday’s predicted temperatures are 31C in the northern coasts and central Sinai, 35C in Greater Cairo and Lower Egypt, 38C in South Sinai and the Red Sea mountain range, 37C north of Upper Egypt, and 41C in south of Upper Egypt.

Maximum and minimum humidity levels are: 30-75 at Greater Cairo, 32-80 at Lower Egypt, 88-45 at the northwestern coasts, 45-86 at the northeastern coasts and central Sinai, 30-65 at South Sinai and the Red Sea Mountains, 22-42 at northern Upper Egypt, and 14-30 at southern Upper Egypt.

Friday’s predicted temperatures are 31C in the northern coasts and central Sinai, 35C at Greater Cairo and Lower Egypt 38C in South Sinai and the Red Sea mountains, 37C north of Upper Egypt, and 41C south of Upper Egypt.
