Newly capped Super Falcons attacker, Babajide Rinsola, has described her debut for Nigeria as a proud moment.
The Spain-based player earned her call-up to the Super Falcons team for the 2024 Olympic Games qualifier and she was able to make her debut.
The former Liverpool attacker was introduced into the game in the 71st minute and contributed her one part as the game ended 1-1 draw with the Lucy of Ethiopia.
The player expressed her excitement via her social media handle.
“Proud moment for me & and my family making my 🇳🇬 debut! 25.10.23. A date to cherish forever Psalm 118:1,” she wrote.
The player is expected to be in action again when Nigeria host the reverse fixture in Abuja next week.
