MO SALAH confirmed his new three-year Liverpool contract with a brilliant social media photo as he almost doubled his wages.

The Golden Boot winner handed Anfield boss Jurgen Klopp a huge boost after fellow striker Sadio Mane joined Bayern Munich.

SunSport revealed club owners Fenway Sport Group even began considering to sell the 30-year-old – for £60million – rather than lose him for nothing when his current deal ended next summer.

But after ending his stand-off, Salah posted a snap of himself putting on a Liverpool top as he sat back relaxing in the sun.

The Egypt superstar told the Reds’ official website: “I feel great and excited to win trophies with the club. It’s a happy day for everyone.

“It takes a little bit of time, I think, to renew, but now everything is done so we just need to focus on what’s next.”
Salah has notched 156 goals in 254 games for Liverpool since arriving in 2017.

But after picking up Champions League and Premier League winner’s medals in the past two seasons, he saw Manchester City land the top-flight crown for the past two campaigns.

Nonetheless, Salah insists Klopp’s squad are still improving – pointing to last term’s double of lifting the FA Cup and Carabao Cup. The ex-Roma hero said: “I think you can see in the last five or six years the team was always going [upwards].
