Fast-rising real estate firm, Landbrick Properties and Investment Limited, is set to giveaway cars and other incentives to realtors registered with the organisation.
Speaking at a recent unveiling of the car and tour of its estates in Lagos, Chief Executive Officer, Mr Femi Austine, revealed that realtors who will benefit from the incentives are those already registered with the company and have sold more lands in each of the estates.
According to him, some of the incentives the organisation is giving away include all-expense paid trips, brand new cars, generators, A-class phones, HMOs, air conditioning, televisions, etc.
He listed some of the estates where realtors can stand a chance to win including Astoria Court, Walton Park, Westprime, Lakewood and Mavicon Atlantic.
Austine added that the plots of land sold can boost realtors’ chances of winning a new car, adding that within six months of purchase, the land allocation would be given to the client.
