After arriving in Nigeria for the opening group match of the 2026 World Cup qualifier against Super Eagles, the head coach of Lesotho Leslie Notlie has called up 3 new players for the game.
The Crocodiles of Lesotho arrived in Lagos on Monday and moved to Uyo the venue of the game on Tuesday.
The newly invited players are Lehlohonolo Fothoane, Thabo Matšoele, and Thabo Lesaoana from the local club, Bantu FC.
They are expected to arrive in Nigeria on Wednesday morning before they will have their compulsory training at the match venue later in the day.
The match against Nigeria’s Super Eagles is slated for Goodwill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo.
