Ahead of their debut at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup, the Republic of Ireland has released the list of players that will play in the competition.
The Irish team will be making their debut in the competition and they’ve been placed in the same group with Canada, Australia and Nigeria.
The country’s football federation on Friday afternoon announced the provisional list of 31 players that will be trimmed before the start of the tournament.
The invited players are expected to resume closed camping where they will engage in 3 matches.
According to the plan, they will face the African side Zambia on the 22nd of June, and France on the 6th of July before facing Colombia in the final warm-up on the 14th of July.
