Despite the team putting up an inconsistent performance this season, Akpoguma seems to have distinguished himself with an amazing performance.
The Super Eagles defender on many occasions has to sacrifice for the team with injury.
As they prepare to face Wolfsburg this weekend the team coach confirmed that Akpoguma’s presence is vital to the team as he’s a team player.
“Akpo has shown in the past few weeks how important he is for us.
