Former Liverpool goalkeeper Sander Westerveld has taken a swipe at Super Eagles defender Calvin Bassey
Westerveld was commentating on Fulham’s lone goal defeat to Manchester United on Saturday at the Craven Cottage
He said on ViaPlay: “Yes, we had a few actions like that too… Typical Bassey actions. Once again not good enough.
“With all due respect, I don’t see the idea.
“When you look at it like this, you understand that he is on the bench and Ajax is happy that they have lost him.
“So something needs to change.”
