The Local Organising Committee( LOC) of the 2023 National Youth Games has announced the number of athletes and officials registered for this year’s event.
Delta State has been scheduled to host this year’s event and a total number of 5,742 athletes and officials have indicated interest to participate.
The Sports Ministry last week announced September 20th -30th, 2023 as the date for the games.
They further emphasised that all states will provide evidence of payment for participation and insurance policy for athletes and officials as it will be used as necessary clearance into the Games Village.
