It has now been confirmed that the Nigeria’s Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen will stay four weeks in the treatment room.
The Napoli forward suffered a medium-grade lesion of the biceps femoris in his right thigh while on international duty with the Super Eagles against Saudi Arabia.
The club medics on Monday confirmed that an injury of that magnitude always takes a player 4-6 weeks to fully heal.
It now means that Osimhen will miss up to 4 games for Partnopei and his absence will be duly felt by the under-pressure coach Rudi Ga
