Former England International Owen Hargreaves has tagged Nigeria’s Super Eagles and Nottingham Forest striker Taiwo Awoniyi as explosive.
The Nigerian international was on target again on Friday evening as Forest defeated Sheffield United 2-1 at the City Ground.
Awoniyi who was doubtful for the game started the game and scored the opening goal in the opening five minutes.
Former Manchester United midfielder warned Premier League defenders to be wary of the Nigeria international.
“He’s going to cause a lot of people problems.
“Physically, he is just so powerful, so explosive. The weight of that pass is perfect, he just hit it the first time and the header was brilliant.
“Physically, with his size, his leaping ability and his speed, he will be awful to play against”, he said.
