Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen scored a hat-trick as Napoli defeated Sassuolo 4-0 in Serie A game played at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium on Saturday.
Osimhen put Napoli infront after just four minutes into the game, and he doubled the lead in the 20th minute after good combination with Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
The inform Osimhen then completed his hat-trick in the 78th minute when he spotted the goalkeeper off his line and he lifted the ball over him and into the back of the net.
The 23-year-old has now scored his first Serie A hatrick since he joined Napoli from Lille in 2020.
The Super Eagles striker has now scored seven goals in the league this season, and has scored in all his last four games.
Napoli extend their lead at the top of the log, and they remain the only unbeaten team in the league this season after 12 matches.
